Privacy notice

Who we are: Tampa Panel Replacement (tampapanelreplacement.com) is operated by TBPR Leads, which is the controller of the personal data you give us. To contact us about your data, use our enquiry form and say it's a privacy request.

What we collect: the details you enter in our form – name, email, optional phone number, property ZIP code, area, property and panel details, and anything you write about your request. We also receive technical data such as IP address and user agent from our form and hosting providers when you submit.

Why we collect it: to respond to your request and, with your consent (the checkbox on the form), to share your details with up to 3 licensed local electricians so they can contact you about a quote. You can withdraw consent by using our enquiry form and marking it as a privacy request; that will not undo introductions already made.

Who we share it with: up to 3 independent licensed local electricians covering your area. Once they have your details they are controllers of how they use them for quoting. We also use service providers: form handling (Formspree) and website hosting (Cloudflare). We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it: 12 months from your enquiry, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices: you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data. If you are a California resident, you may also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA to know, delete and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" as those terms are defined in that law – we do not sell personal information. Contact us via the enquiry form for a privacy request.
